As part of quality control in food factories, moisture measurement is indeed essential!

Here is an example of moisture measurement for cream cheese. Generally, when a sample burns, moisture gets trapped inside, making it impossible to obtain an accurate overall moisture measurement. However, in the case of cream cheese, the moisture content is relatively high, so it does not burn even when exposed to high temperatures initially. Moreover, if it is evaporated slowly, it is likely that components other than moisture will also evaporate, making accurate measurement difficult. Therefore, an effective method is to utilize the "Rapid Drying Mode" function of the infrared moisture meter FD-720/800. By appropriately selecting the drying mode, it allows for moisture evaporation while preventing burning.
